ADRA · ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT 21 DEC 2025

Engineering the next step.

ADRA—Adaptive Diagnostic and Response Architecture—is NE&S’s developing MSP IT Operations and Security Orchestration Platform.

Its direction brings operational context, intelligent diagnostics, connected service management, and governed response together around accountable IT service.

Layered infrastructure protection complements that direction: clear boundaries and carefully controlled communication help reduce unnecessary exposure.

PRACTICAL GUIDANCE · ARCHIVE 21 SEP 2021

A more careful approach to email.

Unexpected messages deserve a pause, especially when they ask you to open a file, sign in, or change payment details.

  • Use a known website address or trusted bookmark instead of an unexpected sign-in link.
  • Verify unexpected attachments through a separate, trusted contact method before opening them.
  • Confirm payment requests and bank-detail changes using a known telephone number.
  • Check the actual sender address; a familiar display name alone does not establish identity.
  • Avoid replying to suspicious spam or using its unsubscribe links.
  • Report suspected phishing to your IT support team.
